The service
Batara Kala is an AI automation platform for businesses. Kala, its AI intelligence, reads customer enquiries, drafts and sends replies, and turns plain-English instructions into working automations. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you configure, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for what Kala sends once you activate an automation — you control when it's switched on, and nothing sends to a customer until you do.
Free trial and billing
New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial on the plan you choose. A payment method is required up front, and you're charged £0 for the trial itself. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, we automatically charge your selected plan's monthly price and your subscription continues until you cancel.
- Starter: £49/month, 500 AI-handled enquiries included per month.
- Growth: £99/month, 2,000 AI-handled enquiries included per month.
- Pro: £199/month, 5,000 AI-handled enquiries included per month.
Each plan includes a fixed number of AI credits per billing period — one credit per enquiry Kala handles. Usage resets at the start of each new billing period and doesn't carry over.
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't use Batara Kala to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited content, or to impersonate someone else. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
What Kala does and doesn’t do
Kala only uses the business facts you provide — it never invents a price, a guarantee, an appointment, or a claim about a service you haven't listed. Anything it isn't confident about is left for you to review rather than sent automatically. You're responsible for reviewing your configured business information for accuracy.
Third-party services
Connecting Gmail requires your permission through Google's own sign-in, and is subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect it at any time from Integrations. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription or stop using Batara Kala at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
No warranty
Batara Kala is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what the law requires.
Changes to these terms
If these change in a way that matters, we'll update this page. Continuing to use Batara Kala after a change means you accept the update.
